Congratulations to BMS on an OUTSTANDING showing at the 2025 Power of the Pen District Tournament this weekend! With 17 school teams in attendance and nearly 200 student participants, BMS brought home the FIRST PLACE Individual Placement which went to 8th grader Samiya Mendiratta and the Seventh Place individual placement to 7th grader Vinnie Thorman! Overall, the teams excelled as well with the 8th Grade Team finishing third and the 7th grade team finishing fourth in their respective divisions. 

The District Tournament was held at University School and awards were presented by members of the Kiwanis Club of Lander Circle. Good luck and congratulations to all of our amazing Power of the Pen writers and advisers!!!
